Events to remember
The church holds special events from time to time and here is a menu so that
we may remember the history we create as a church working
in the community.
Beavers brave the snow. a warm welcome was given to all the beavers who braved the snow to get to the fourth meeting of the group.
February Snow. Dama Safari visited the church to share his vision with the church leadership and to speak in the church.
New Years Day Service and Party. Remembering the purpose of the church as God restores and renews his work in Watton.
Carols by Candlelight. The worship team from Watton Pentecostal Church organised an evening of carols, poems and prayers centred on the message of Christmas.
Frienship Club Christmas Dinner. A great time together celebrating Christmas
Noah's Ark Christmas Party. The children celebrated Christmas big time with a special guest Father Christmas.
The Family Carol Service. Absolutely Fantastic. The carol service had everything a presentation from Diabetes UK Support Group and from Norfolk Scouting Association. The Children were great and it snowed at Watton Church thanks to a snow machine.
Noah's Ark Groups Sponsored Toddle. A Big Thank you to all who took part on October 13th and so far they have raised £317.40.
Shoe Box Celebration. As the embers were still dying from this year’s bonfires, Watton Pentecostal Church turned their thoughts to Christmas. November 2011
Harvest Festival. The church held a Harvest Festival in aid of The Salvation Army Pottergate ARC Social Service Centre. October 2011
Family Fun Day with Gary Rucci
2011. The Fun Day started with rain which was not in the
plan with so many outdoor events. However what a change after
the church service.
The Watton Town Carnival 2011 The Carnival began with a Christian Service in the High Street and the Mayor formally opened the days events. The Church was open serving tea and coffee for the day.
The Royal Wedding William and Kate marry 29th April 2011, The celebration in the church for those who could not travel to London for this wonderful occasion. |
