Sanctuary Counselling Service is a voluntary organisation offering a
low cost professional counselling service to anyone who would
like to speak confidentially to someone about problems they
may be experiencing in their life.

Our counsellors are fully qualified, having received professional training from recognised training organisations.
Counsellors adhere to the Ethical Framework for Good Practice of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
How Counselling can Help you?
Counselling can help you if you are struggling with any of the following problems:
Depression, Stress, Relationship difficulties, Life-changing events, Loss, Bereavement,
Family problems, Addictions, Bullying or Abuse.
Many people find it is helpful to talk things over with someone who is non-judgmental and accepting.
Appointments
Will be available between 6.30 - 8.30 pm Tuesday Evenings and 9.30am - 1pm on Wednesdays
